Really beautiful lookout, about 45 minutes return

It is a nice walk to the lake. 30 minutes return walk. Good as stop from driving

Made stop over for a lunch break on the southern scenic route - absolutely beautiful! There’s an 8km gravel road to pass to get there, a car park at the end of the road or drive a little further in to the trees for a secluded woodland spot. We had great weather and it was super quiet, couldn’t even hear the wind. Just lovely.

I've never seen a place with as many sandflies. There is an 8km gravel road to get there, not worth it unless you stay camping or you go hiking for longer.

Just do it if you're in the camp anyway. Nothing special, but very pleasant soft forest floor and so peaceful

Pleasant short walk if you are in the area. Not worth a detour. Long drop pretty foul.

A good 30 minute walk for a viewpoint that is not very clear and of no major interest. Plus there is only one bench to sit on and lots of sandflies. Nice lake though.

The lake is quite nice, but the many sandflies did put us off quickly :/
