The kids and I found it great, for my wife making it a touch to alternative. The barn, a bench with kitchen, living room with wood oven and piano, as well as a large cinema room with huge TV, was just cool. shower and toilets are clean. picking up water taxi on the spot is top. Then there is still beach volleyball, corn hole, billiards and other games. stayed 2 nights there. Would come back.

One of the best campsites we stayed at in New Zealand, both in terms of the hosts' helpfulness (late arrival, directions) and the facilities (two very well-equipped kitchens, TV room, fireplace, etc.) for a very reasonable price ($45 for two people for a powered campervan). Highly recommended! (The only minor drawback is the limited Wi-Fi data allowance of 500 MB.)

One of the nicest campsites of our trip to New Zealand, with a beachfront location, two very pleasant and well-equipped kitchens, free hot showers, and a very friendly and welcoming staff. We arrived after the office had closed, and everything was ready for us. The only slight drawback: free internet limited to 500MB. Off-season, we paid $45 for two adults on a site with electricity. It was absolutely perfect.

Really lovely campsite. Laid back feel, very good shower and kitchen facilities. Hot water and v spacious cubicles. Staff helpful at suggesting activities and the water taxi picks up at reception. Loved the chickens and ducks. Recommend

We loved this one! Facilities were great, good showers even with a hairdryer. 2 kitchens. A great view. Staff were really lovely and helpful and reception was stocked with food essentials too . Good wifi. Great links to walks in Abel Tasman

Campground comes with really big and spacious facilities. Showers are really good and if you have good weather it is just incredible how many stars you can see. Staff was friendly and helped us to book activities in the park. Seemed to be well organised. Nevertheless finding the right kitchen equipment was a matter of luck. So many things there :D

This is not a quiet place to stay. We were unfortunate to stay at the weekend when there were large groups of young people with no volume control. As mentioned by others the powered sites are next to the kitchen, showers, toilets, games deck which is an echo chamber and the food van which plays music from 7am. ( I will not describe the high volume intimate conversation held by van staff). Positively the location is great, the showers (free) and toilets were neat and clean.

A really nice location. Great for hiking in Abel Tasman. Getting a spot at one of the powered sites is a matter of luck. Unfortunately, we weren't (sites 50-53). For $100 a night, we were allowed to park right next to the kitchen, packed tightly together. There were also toilets, a bar, and a playground right next door. It was by far the worst campsite we've ever had. When we asked if we could move to the slightly quieter meadow, we were told it was fully booked. It wasn't.

This was the most expensive camp we’ve stayed at, but the amenities are nice, new, and plentiful, plus it’s in the national park, so the cost felt fair enough. Kitchen was clean and had lots of pots/utensils but fyi the gas burns dirty so the bottom of every pot is permanently blackened. The showers were nice although as a tall woman I felt that the window was a little low. I was delighted by the herb garden! Overall, nice spot in a picturesque location.

The best camping place we had at our travel through NZ. Warm and free showers. It is right at the beginning of the abel tasman costal track.
