Nice spot on a parking for free! Clean toilets very close. We stayed 2 nights and felt safe, there were almost no spot available at night in July. It is 1h by walk to downtown Wellington. Dump station available few meters on the otherside of the parking.
Unpaid campsites in city, you have to come early their have more than 20 lots but it also have a lot of campervan too.
Arrived 9pm Wednesday night. Plenty of spots left. Clean tidy toilets on site. Good sun spots by the bay. Easy access to town along the bay - 20min bike friendly
Seul free camp dans la ville. On est à 50 mins à pieds de Cuba Street. Les toilettes sont propres, il y a une dump station juste à côté. Il y a beaucoup de places mais beaucoup de monde aussi donc n’arrivez pas trop tard.
Decent place to stay, perfect for after or before taking the ferry. Bit of road noise so no sleeping in 😂 We might've lost a shoe there, chelsea boot, brown. Please contact me on Instagram @emilyvankarsen if found 😊
Car park campsite with some toilet facilities that were clean and tidy. 15min walk into Kilbirnie which has super markers, food options and launderettes. Wasn't too loud once set up
