Very Nice space, Nice owner, clean and beautifull facilities. Stayed for 2 nights, and got taken to and from Hobbiton at evening. Prettiest place we have been so far.

Very cute campsite with great view and very quiet. You need 2 dollar coin for hot shower and pay cash. Great cold outdoor shower for free.

Great location, host was really good as he dropped us off at Hobbiton for the Evening Banquet Tour (let them know before you arrive). Hobbiton staff then drop you back to Brock's Place (tell them at check in prior to tour). 10/10 Experience. $10 pp, $2 Coin Hot Shower. Clean facilities.

We had a lovely stay in our campervan. The views are amazing. Hosts very accommodating. We were able to buy some fresh eggs early in the morning before we left. Our little one enjoyed the chickens roaming nearby. The perfect stay before our Sexond Breakfast tour at Hobbiton.

One of the best campsites I’ve stayed at so far, 5 minute drive to hobbiton, hot showers, a few sinks outside for dishes, beautiful views! Couldn’t have been better 💚

Great campsite, well located, welcoming host, outdoor cold showers, hot showers for $2, outdoor sinks. Chickens are present, and fresh eggs are available. Ideally located for Hobbiton, quiet and very pleasant.
