Spacious camp ground with great facilities. The pool and spa are a major draw card. The surrounding area has a few tourist attractions, but we just used it as a stopover point while passing through.

First time in motor home and first time in a camping ground . The experience was Tops . Billie provided a great welcome and assisted with the booking process for our two nights . The facilities and amenities are super clean and well maintained . The powered site that we had was also well maintained and our small dog was welcomed . Couldn’t speak more highly of the experience

The reception staff treated me so poorly that I genuinely can’t put it into words. For similar facilities and price but better location and staff go to the Top Ten in Waitomo.

Spacious unpowered sites, clean facilities and good kitchen area. One of the best wifi’s we had on our trip!

The self check-in is excellent and you do not need to book online in advance. Bbq and kitchen was quite fresh but the toilets and showers where not clean and really old. Would not pay this much for these facilities for more than one night.

Stayed here one night, very easy and convenient self check-in. Facilities are clean and sufficient. The unpowered sites are spacious. Environment is uninspiring, but great for a short stay on your way to e.g. Waitimo caves.

Had a great stay here. All we needed was a nice hot shower and somewhere to charge our phones, this was perfect for just that, even has a TV room. The pool was closed for winter which is understandable. Nice easy self check in, no need to prebook!

I can’t say a lot about the campsite itself because we only stayed for a night but I really appreciate their easy check-in system and that you can arrive until late in the evening. All the facilities were clean. And the kitchen is well equipped.

Thoroughly enjoyed our rainy weekend here. The tepid saltwater pool was devine. Warm welcome on our arrival and the online check in system at the front is easy to use. Lovely facilities, nice tidy park. Highly recommended.

Correct service, $54 for 2 adults without electricity. The kitchen is limited, two hotplates, two pots, a fridge, no plates or cutlery. The washing machines don't work but there is a landromat 2 steps away. The swimming pool and spa are a plus
