Horrid, disgusting place. Won’t and will never return. We were the only ones there, (and we can see why). The staff were extremely abusive, threatening and mean to us from the moment we got there. We booked a cabin and it was full of mould, mouse droppings and the bed was also damp and uncomfortable. One of those spring wire mattresses. Not to mention how cold the cabin was. This place should be taken off the app.
Beautiful and clean place. Price is very good compared to many places out there. Facilities are amazing, unlike some places with rubbish timer on their hot shower. This comes with it without time limit, a spacious kitchen and living room. Will definitely be back again !
The best of everything. Waterfalls & Glow worms as added highlights. All facilities were spotless. Thanks we loved our stay.
What a lovely place! It’s an unexpected gem on the way to Arthur’s pass, the lack of reviews made us nervous but we booked anyway and couldn’t recommend more. The staff were lovely, facilities clean and lots of gear and there’s a beautiful walk to a waterfall and not 1 but 2 glow worm caves!! 10/10 recommend this site, couldn’t be happier with our stay. Just be mindful a wash is 4$ and a dry is 6$!
Loved our stay here - one of the best kitchen areas we’ve been to in our time here. Also nice that there is a glow worm hotspot and a nice waterfall on the grounds of camp
Very bad welcoming - the camp sites and facilities are good but manager is very rude. Avoid if you can.
Awesome place with Hikes, Glowworms and cozy places
Family friendly - great for young kids. Playground is awesome - safe for my 4 year old while still having a tramp and swings for the older kids. Great green space to play in. Glowworms were fun. Walk to waterfall great. We were in a caravan and sites were a bit small - we took a bigger sit but it wasnt very level and awning ended up on gravel. Facilities were awesome - key coded, warm, very clean. Shop is well equipped. Unfortunately hot tub was not running due to the camp ground being too busy
Good facilities, pretty setting. The glow worms were a fun little added bonus!
Good amenities and probably one of the best playgrounds we’ve come across. The sites are not that good unfortunately, some of them being very small, not level and looking more like a backroad that’s being used as a site. Additionally as many other reviews mentioned the owners are quite unpleasant which puts a damper on the whole experience.
