Pricey for what you get compared to what the extra cost is for a pod and what they get. Assume they just see campsites as money for jam and prefer those using other accommodation as they will spend more on food and beverages. We did the 3 course meal, breakfast and drinks both nights we stayed a week apart. It’s great food, pools lovely and location postcard perfect. If you are just wanting an unpowered campsite there are more money friendly options, but if you want to indulge it’s worth it

I found the experience really disappointing. It was overpriced and the customer service was really poor. The hot pools are also weren't hot, mostly just warm (and cold plunge pools)- with the exception of one pool, which was hot, but had a lot of people in it. A few drunken people were in the sauna also, which seemed really unsafe, not to mention annoying. I wouldn't recommend it.

After struggling with their website in Reefton, we called and were told to "email," so we dropped in to compare 3-5 options. The experience was the opposite of "wellness." The manager was rude and dismissive, even harassing her staff in front of us. They charge $99 per person for a campervan but couldn't explain any of the packages, telling us to go to the website like other hot springs. We were made to feel stupid and uninformed. We walked out without booking. Total lack of respect.

The bathroom was very nice. The food at the restaurant was excellent. The shower was cold. The campsite is a parking lot. With 99$/person maybe a bit expensive. Lots of sand flying can ruin the bathing passport.

Level sites for our rented camper. Pools are open 24/7 for campers to enjoy. Warm showers (not many thou). Restaurant looks nice but if that’s not your thing it’s well away from the pools and camping at night!

The most special and amazing place on our journey. We enjoyed the nice and natural architecture of the geothermal hot pools, the view through the window into the valley of the large newly bild sauna and the guided sauna sessions with cold plunge experiences. As well as really good Yoga sessions. The food is amazing! We intended to stay one night and stayed two. Hot pools, Sauna sessions and Yoga are included into the camping fee of 99.- p.P. You can stay until 1 p.m. of the next day.

Self contained powerless sites Clean warm toilet facilities available to use Child friendly- had our two kiddos with us(6y & 1y) Enjoyed the pools and even went to a lovely yoga class in the evening Friendly staff Would recommend Just go prepared for sandflies! Well worth a Visit :-)

Beautiful spot, hot pools. Lots of sandflies. Smaller than the pictures. Food is okay and staff friendly but all look very tired and are not really improving your experience here.

Lovely spot for a bit of luxury after 5 weeks in a camper. We did pitch up in the van but had use of the spa facilities which was really nice. Great value when you get 24hrs use of the pools, sauna etc. staff were very friendly too. Toilets very clean, good showers and drinking water available

Agreeing with the other positive comment, we loved our one night stay at the hot springs! I went to yoga classes, we got face masks and sauna infusion and beautiful walks close to the property. It was rainy and cloudy, perfect for that location. The only downside is that they don’t have a place to dry towels/ bathing stuff etc. So get ready for a dirty wet van! $170 for two/campnight, try to not come on the weekend!
