Very nice people and location is good, But there is only a small, very impractical shower. Same for toilet Poor wifi signal not available 24/24, and only around the welcome desk. And we paid 143 $ for a family (!!), never seen this for an "unpowered" site

The owners were super friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Honestly, it felt like home! 🏕️ The facilities have everything you need to spend a few great days there, and the whole place has such a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re around Piha! 🌊

Just an hour from Auckland, Piha feels like another world – wild forests, black sand beaches and the most amazing sunsets! About a 15-minute walk uphill from the beach lies Piha Surf Camp. The campsite itself is a little paradise. Wandering along its curved pathways, surrounded by plants, hidden corners, colorful signs, and so many details, you can truly feel Pam’s love and care for this special place. I can highly recommend to stay at Piha Surf Camp. A place to be present and a simply be!

The place Mike and Pam created is really beautiful. We parked our campervan on their meadow and had a really great time enjoying their garden and the view at the beach. The amenities were simple (Outdoor shower and eco-toilet), but it was a nice experience. The little kiwi-kitchen had two gas stoves. We loved it!

Nice place with a hot shower outside, dry toilets, kitchen correct and a bit outdated. Friendly owners. Be careful, the price is not $30 for 2 people but $30 per person.
