Not very beginner friendly. You have to cross the river two times. We had to turn around before the last crossing because the water was too deep and we couldn’t see where the track continued on the other side.
Made the full loop track today (23.10.2023). 3 hr is a very conservative guess at least. The whole loop is 5.8 km, took me 1:15h. Had to cross the river twice, be prepared to get wet feet. Nice track, but not a “must do”
Bridge to Track Start is closed
Nothing really special, but it was a nice walk. Took us 1,5 hours. Nice spot for swimming when you go from the bridge 5 minutes on the right side of the track.
A very nice walk, really nice. A little mud so provide shoes not fragile. Two river crossings to cross whose water level is below the knees. There was broken glass in the parking lot but our car was not damaged.
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR!! There was at least 6-8 burglaries recently. They just brake windows and take whatever is valuable. Lots of broken glass on the ground.
Went with the intention of doing the loop track, but after seeing two sets of freshly broken glass on the ground in the car park, we decided against it!
Historical bridge and view of the gorge at just few minutes walk away from car park. Made a very quick stop because we saw the many broken and shattered glasses on the ground and suspected lots of break-ins that had happened before us. Asked a local and he confirmed that it was the doing of some young teenagers and apparently it happened very frequently. Just be very vigilant of your surrounding and your valuables.
WARNING, all of the broken glas is bacuase of people smash the Windows of your van. They stole everything from us here in under one hour.
Lots of broken glass in the car park so be aware when parking here. Decided not to look at the bridge, just in case!
