This track is closed.. Better dont try to do it, there is a lot of slips, fallen trees and dangerous parts.
This walk is super cool and a good bit of exercise, took us about 2 hours. It was also a bit of an adventure, it had been raining so was very muddy! Beautiful bush and trees.
Nice walk to do through the forest and streams! It hasn't rained for several days and yet it was super slippery in the streams! there is no point of view or lookout allowing to see the ocean but it is still a beautiful walk. We took about 2 hours taking our time
Closed! Looks like a slip happened and has caused damage. There are danger signs and keep out caution tape across both entrances.
Just up the hill. Magnificent!
Very nice little loop of 3,5km, count 1h walk for the fastest.
Beautiful walk through bush and little streams. Be aware your shoes will be wet and sometimes you have to climb a bit. Very slippery and muddy! Good shoes are recommended. No lookout.
If you’re hiking this for exercise then it’s a good up and down workout, but if you’re looking for a scenic hike then you may well be disappointed. It needs maintenance and many of the track markers are not visible in the long grass.
Beautiful and super muddy/wet. Glad we’ve put on gum boots. Walked it with 2 kids (4 and 6) familiar with hiking, took us almost 3 hours. I would recommend to start the walk at the entrance of the DOC camp. It starts going up for while but then gently coming down along the ? and the river.
Beautiful walk. Only took us 1hr and 15mins Awesome
