Several self-contained camping spots in the tavern parking lot, which is fully facing the sea. $20 for a spot without power and $25 with power. Toilets accessible only if the tavern is open
Feb 2023. Stayed one night. Different fee with/without hook up.
Nice location and restaurant is popular with locals. Non electric charge is per vehicle
Just a car park for self contained so no toilets, amenities etc. Change of price for non-powered. Right next to the seafront so view is nice.
Great powered site and reasonably priced at $15 per night. Wonderful food at the tavern. Can't access toilets when the tavern is closed. Poor cell phone reception. Friendly owners who let us fill up our water tanks!
A great place to park. The food at the tavern was excellent. And if you decided you actually wanted to be in a room for a change, their 4-6 person accommodation units are beautiful and reasonably priced. The units look new with a ocean view balcony, showers are fantastic, and beds comfy. We probably felt the cleanest and most refreshed from our one night stay here.
Had a great stay here staff very nice as well as the meals. The price has gone up all in all great spot
Stayed on powered site and had dinner in the restaurant. Management were so helpful and the food was awesome. Access to beach across road, and a half hour walk along to the old pier (now closed for safety).
Good spot to park, excellent walk on the beach. Had lunch and dinner in the Tavern, nice break after 7 days on the road. It was Monday so all quiet in the car park overnight.
Paid for non powered car park site with absolutely no facilities when your rationale for staying is most likely you are already a customer for food and/or drink. Awoken at dawn by boaties surrounding me with their trailers using the pub car park for free. Get a permit for the multiple lovely council sites nearby.
