I left a negative review to warn that the first viewpoint is at 11.5 km. However, the track itself is very good. Just be careful if you're a beginner—some parts are difficult, especially in winter, as there are sections with a lot of ice.
After 9km and 4.5 hours, still not at the viewpoint, I turned back without seeing the glacier. Up and down over rocks, roots, rivers, tree trunks, and landslides. Not for slow day hikers, asthmatics, or people with physical limitations. The trail is a challenge. I would have enjoyed it more if I had slept there; one leg per day would have been enough for me.
