A calm and beautiful park to spend our lunch. 3 mins walk to get to the perfect lunch spot at the lake. Only us, the quiet lake, and sounds of the birds.

This park is AMAZING! Toilets, bins, 15min loop around the lake, loads of picnic tables and FRISBEE GOLF! Definitely worth the visit!

The birds are amazing, the Lake is nice, but the track around the lake is average. I recommend not to do the loop, just get a view of the lake and turn around.

Unexpected surprise to see takahe Well worth the 10 minute walk especially at feeding time.
