The road is not completely signposted. I performed the loop clockwise. It is important to do it at low tide, especially when going down to the beach until before reaching Mount OneOne. Once there the road through the mouth of the river is not signposted and you have to be guided by your own means. Once in the forest, the road continues along the river. Small docks that fishermen use can be seen on the side of the road. It is not easy but it is a nice challenge. There is forest, swamps, river and sea. All in just 2 hours. I loved it.

The full track, the loop, is possible at low tide. You can use another application like maps. Me find your track back because it's not signed. Basically, I started from the left. After 1h, I've reached the beach, walked for another 30 m along the beach then, I saw the mount One One. The track to go to the summit is CLOSED, not maintained and might be dangerous. I came back through the otherside, I walked on the beach 'till I saw the track to close the loop in 2h15.

Not worth the detour. We went at low tide but impossible to do the loop because the track was not well signed and we didn't find where to cross the river. We started the path on the left and the track was not nice, no views. Only 1h after we saw the mountains on the beach. There are a lot of houses along the beach which felt strange

To get to the look track (2h 45min) you have to deviate 20km from the main road. 13km paved, 7km gravelroad. The trail can be muddy, so bring your hiking boots with you. You must be aware that you go to the low tide, otherwise you will be caught by the waves and can not do the whole hike. When Ebbe / flood is you can look at the parking lot. I did not come to the mountain, but on the beach you also have a magnificent view of the mountains, if you climb on the dunes!
