Seeing the reviews, not much has changed since hotel went bankrupt. Power for campervan for 55 NZD with worn down hotel room as shower for all and no kitchen etc. Would not stop again.
$17.5pp - lovely carpark right outside harihari restaurant and bar. Lovely ladies who greeted us, went for a pint in the bar after a warm shower (unlimited and included), very nice safe friendly vibe in there. Toilets stay open and available all night. Good WiFi available.
Nothing special but an okay spot! The price is now $15/pp but is including hot showers, toilets, phone chargering, WiFi
The hotel went bankrupt and is practically abandoned. Two men who I think are taking it over were there clearing everything out. They told us we could still park for free and use the shower, although it would be cold. They were lovely and even offered us drinks. I think they were going to get hot water in a few days and would start charging for it then. It's still a bargain! When everything's fixed up, it'll be great with these two!
$35 for a powered site. John greeted us outside and was so lovely and friendly! The food in the bar was so tasty. Chatted with the locals who were also super friendly. Highly recommend!
Payed 30 NZD for one person on an unpowered site. No kitchen facilities. WIFI only inside the building.
It is quite expensive for what you get. We paid 35 NZD for one night, 2 person, non powered spot. There is no kitchen. You can have a shower in the hotel and the toilets are there too. The showers are in old hotel rooms that they didn’t use anymore. Would not recommend.
Nice and cheap, clean toilet and bathroom in the hotel.
Multiple powered site available. Power, dump drain and fresh water all on site.. Quiet and peaceful
VERY AFFORDABLE A must stop! Great rate (cheapest we have found on the South Island), great shower, everything you need including dump station etc
