Great hike with beautiful views but sometimes quite difficult to find the right route

2:20h up, 2:10 down. Proper footwear is must as very slippery down. A demanding but awesome hike. Try to go when there are no clouds. Beautiful views!

Track is open. Took 6h30 return on 1st of aug. : lot of mud all the way up and some ice/snow on the top. It’s really slippy even on a sunny day but worth it. Amazing view on the top.

Track currently blocked by fallen trees. Wasn't able to hike up to the summit

This is a great walk for those with a decent level of fitness and some good footwear. The majority is a very steep climb through forest but the final stretch opens out along the ridge with fantastic views in all directions. Lots of good bird spotting to be done too. Can be done in under 5 hours but avoid in bad weather
