Good place to camp. Was blowing and raining so would be nicer in good weather. Basic DOC camp with some nice views close to Picton.
Super basic. No signs to the toilet even thought the place is quite large (right at the entrance feom the main road). Plenty of space. Toilet isn't really clean. One sink to clean dishes. Not cooking shelter. Just a tad over freedom camping. If you arrive at night, it's a short drive from the pier but very winding and narrow. Nice views though.
Fantastic little spot on the water with incredible views. The drive along the waters edge to get here is fantastic also. Was windy when we stayed but there were plenty of trees and bushes to shelter behind. We booked online but there were options to pay when there and plenty of room.
Nice spot lovely view $10 a night but need to book online. Toilets are clean and basic with TP. Phone signal patchy depending on where you are and which network. Was very windy when we were there but beautiful view and worth a stop close to the ferry port. Be aware roads are very windy!
A very nice place 15 minutes from Picton, the road is narrow and winding but it is easy to do if you take your time. The campsite is nice with plenty of space, the toilets are clean and there is a sink for washing dishes. One NZ and Free network very good
Plenty of spots with flush toilets. Great spot to stay after a late ferry or the night before an early morning ferry
Very beautiful site and just 20min from Picton ferry terminal
Nice location just 10 mins drive from Picton - plenty of room to choose from and good flat ground. Basic facilities but flushing toilet and sink to wash up dishes. Basic but good value for money.
Nice campsites on the baysideVery convenient for ferry (20 min drive)Very clean toiletsInternet OK for One NZ / No network for Spark
Higher place. Toilets with toilet paper and water connection (not drinkable!) available. There is an honesty box. Very close to Picton so perfect if you have an early ferry.
