Huge riverside site with clean flushing toilets and sinks (no soap), cold showers and water (though sign at the front says potable, inside the campsite you're advised to boil/treat) So much space to park up by the river and cliff faces and lots of privacy Hard to believe this is free for most of the year, would definitely recommend! Not much phone signal but you can catch it in certain areas if needed

The quietest and nicest spot we've stayed in, for a free one, since we arrived. The toilets were clean, I didn't try the shower.

Really beautiful place!!! It has toilets (they are clean) and cold showers (for free). Apart from that you have really nice surroundings including a river where you can jump in. It's really calm there at night and it was for free when we went there

Great view, plenty of space. Barely any reception. Toilets and cold showers (there wasn’t toilet paper when I was there).

Amazing spot by the river. We were here during Easter school hols so it was free. Great amenities, clean toilets and (cold) shower cubicles. So lovely to be able to light a campfire by the river. Lots of space and so peaceful. Dog friendly and great for families. We will definately be back to this lovely spot!

Went by the other reviews here, and can agree, it really was an awesome spot. Spacious, great river, clean toilets, well kept grounds AND free from Mar-Nov. No phone signal.

What a find! Huge site, clean toilets, cold showers, space & peace & quite, right by the big river bed & towering cliffs on the other side.
