By far my favourite site along Abel that I stayed at. Super quiet and peaceful, toilets, water, picnic tables, beautiful bay with gorgeous moon and sunrise views. Extremely windy, but minimal bugs! Even saw a wild pig and her piglets. Wish I had stayed here 2 nights, spectacular.
Water has to be treated, limited facilities - quiet place to stay, beautiful spot. You have to continue your hike through anchorage anyway, so easy to top up water and use toilets before heading on before and after stay. The hike up to the lookout is amazing.
Super beautiful (beautiful sunrise) !! Picnic tables, 2 dry toilets (full of insects), 2 taps where the water is drinkable if treated or filtered or boiled. NO GARBAGE. Beware of wekas plastic thieves. No lawn.
Beautiful!! Watch the sunrise, amazing. Lovely spot, went there walking
Super lovely spot. Way more quiet and peaceful than the adjacent Anchorage Bay, which is a total joke. Only one toilet, no water. Water at Anchorage Bay. Great swimming and nice beach exploring.
