Serene campsite nestled between the hills. A few other campers at this time of year who seemed to be more local. Long drop toilet not great so beware if not self contained. Right next to a stream.
wicked safe spot during summer here 2024, the only unique thing is shitting in that long drop but have a quick wash in the river soon makes up for it
As most of the free campsites, it's a magical place. The last 3 or 4 km of the road were gravel and narrow. It looks like you don't know where you are going but keep going and you will find this beautiful place. There's phone signal but no the best. The toilet is the usual long drop
A nice spot with open space and plenty of level places. Nice walk to river (watch out for sand flies) and nice views. The site is approx 3km down a gravel track so quite remote. We were the only people there so got a bit freaked out when we heard a vehicle at 3am.
Spot ok, quite remote. Beautiful view. But toilets gross, and no water. Very little phone reception. A smell of pee in various spots. Tents ok.
The toilet isnt that nice but ok. The rest of the site is great about 2km of gravel road to get there and beautiful and quite. 5 min walk down to he river which is very nice
We arrived here in the dark do couldn't really see what we were doing! Long drop Toilet was clean and had lots of toilet roll. Gravel Track to get to camp was very long
Loved it here. The place was empty the entire time we stayed. Toilet is acceptable The river is worth the walk down our 2 dogs had a blast Would 10/10 stay again
Fine for a night. Just a patch of gravel and a really gross port-a-loo filled with bugs. Really muddy
Nice place, very calm. Gravel is fine. Bring your own toilet paper!
