I’m going to be posting this same comment about all the sites in this location that we tried to stop at as there isn’t much up to date info. They are full of derelict old campers, camper trailers and even tents. Unsure why or what this is, but we were not willing to stay in a single one of these sites. Gives a very creepy abandoned town feeling. No thanks.
Nice spot by lane but grim place to camp, in fact we only stopped for the night out of desperation! Loads of derelict permanent campers, no real facilities except toilet block on road above camping area. No drinkable water. Not great vibes or value for money for two people.
This site was in a lovely setting, however for the price $12.50pp it wasn't great and was very very basic. The water isn't drinkable and there is no light in the bathroom. The bathroom could also do with being cleaned a bit better. We did get to see a rather cute hedgehog though ?
Beautiful lake, but very deserted campsite, only permanent campers who are not present.
Fortunately, a long-time camping veteran recommended us a very charming location facing the lake. The bad luck is that the wind starts in the afternoon. You can only hide in the car and enjoy the beautiful lake view through the window.
$25 now four family. Awesome place, indeed many seasonal people, but the lake is just stunning.
A lot of permanent campers there but we had a fantastic spot next to the river! Pretty cool place
Love it!!! Perfect location next to the river. You c an go for a swim! A bit crowded during summer. Toilets super clean.
Toilet close (in winter I think), not potable water, there is nothing over. I don't advise
It costs $ 10 per person now or $ 20 for 2 adults and 1 child. Toilets are ok and clean.
