Great little campsite. Can get pretty windy here but when it’s not the beach is perfect for a swim. So quiet this time of year too, some nights we’ve had the place to ourselves. Showers aren’t the best, there is no shower heads so it’s just a dripping tap

Good place to shelter from the wind, and good Wireless Nation Internet here which helped pass a wild, wet and windy day. Campsite does not have views of the beach as it’s behind sand dunes and alongside a lagoon. Sealed road in.

Great little spot, new toilets, showers and kitchen block thanks DOC. Sheltered spot near the lovely Medlands beach whickh offers good fishing and surfing. Gutbuster walk to Tryphena from here if you feel like punishing yourself. About 10 minutes drive from Claris, shops, airport and Council Service centre which has power and internet if you need to recharge devicces,

Best campsite on the island. Short walk to medlands beach. Great bodysurfing waves. Some shade available.

Very sheltered spot. Awesome surf beach. Caught snapper off the rocks, just a short walk to the next little bay around. Highly recommend.
