Small parking with two parking spaces directly on a playground overlooking Mount Manganoui. The parking is closed at night, so very quiet and without traffic. The toilets were very clean (closed from 8:00 pm) and there was a very good drinking water dispenser. Occasional noise from the train.
Very clean and new locations as well as toilets. namely that the park including parking spaces and toilets close from 21h to 5h30 in the morning. And most importantly do not neglect the passage of freight trains every 30min or 1h. They do not pass from 00h to 5h30. There are only two seats. A great view and quick access to the beach. I recommend you go there if you have children, the playground is huge and totally new
The view is beautiful, but there's a railway line right next to the car park and you can hear all the trains going by, even at night. It's quite noisy. In the morning, the playground fills up very quickly, so it's noisy then too.
Unfortunately, there are only 2 places available, so you have to get there very early, otherwise it's always full, but the surroundings are very nice, the toilets are very clean, and overall everything is quite nice.
Actually a wonderful place. Showers are open all night, beautiful park. As other comments say, 3 cars can park here, but that's not true. Every night at 9pm there is a patrol and we were told that if we stay we will get a $400 fine. So we left. If you stay with two people, it's perfect.
Nice location with beach, Mont view, and toilets (which are closed during the night). Spot is quiet, pretty safe and clean. There is a beach shower outside
Clean toilets that were left open all night, 2 concreted spots but could easily fit 3 vehicles in if people are considerate. Signs at entrance directing you to where to park. Very quiet at night but is right next to a playground so got quite busy from early morning. Walkable yo supermarket, couple shops/restaurants and a pub!
Great place with clean toilets, drinking water and cold showers. Only two spots available though.
A very nice spot to park. Close to the water with clean toilets and a cold shower. Toilets are closed at night and the gate to the parking is closed to. I parked at the MC bay cos earlier there was a normal car parked. I hope I don’t get a fine.
No overnight every friday
