Great view from deluxe powered sites. Free hot water showers for 5 minutes. Clean facilities. Easy walk into main part of Russell. Would stay here again.

A very beautiful and well-maintained campsite. Ideal for starting your South Island adventure. We stayed two nights and received great tips for excursions and restaurants. Cable Bay is absolutely stunning in the evenings. Abel Tasman; the Coastal Trek is simply breathtaking. Thank you for everything.

Liked it here, very friendly, helpful staff (Annie) who gave us a concrete powered site as a last minute booking, 3 nights for the price of 2 ($130) winter deal made it very reasonably priced. Facilities included, hot showers and toilets, very clean. Laundry very good, new machines using pre paid card (older machines/cold water only take coins) $4 per wash $4 per dry. Great location, a 5 minute walk to the boat ramp and Duke of Marlboro. Jumping pillow is a must for the kids (and adults!).

Good facilities but too expensive for an unpowered site which wasn’t level ground. Great location and quick walk into town. Only 1 GB of wifi.

Close to town but totally overpriced. Facilities are old and need an upgrade. 5 min hot water for 98 NZD? Price/value doesn’t match.

One of the best campsites we stayed in! Large camping area with lots of space between pitches, and very quite when we visited. Huge communal bathrooms and kitchen, which were always spotlessly clean. 5 minute hot showers, and great laundry facilities available. Staff were really helpful and friendly. We’ll definitely be returning!

Amazing campsite! Staff were friendly, very large and quiet site when we went (low season). Clean facilities, drinking water, 5 minute hot showers and kids play area. Kitchen was great and wifi reached our spot which was a bonus. Walkable into town, would definitely come back :)

Stayed here a few times and always a lovely time. Great facilities and the powered sites up the hill are worth the extra $ - lovely views of the water and we had a perfect view of the Paihia fireworks on new years eve. Only negative is that the water from the showers accumulates when it's busy and I went flying - so step carefully when the showers are busy! But that's minor, it's one of the best Top10 campsites in NZ in our view!

Very large square, which was also very crowded at Easter. Plenty of toilets and showers which were also very clean. Kitchen was clean too. The walk to Russell is pleasantly short.
