I spent the night here on a Monday. It's a very good, completely free campsite. The toilets are clean and there's an outdoor shower (cold). It's really nice to find a place like this to spend one night.

Quiet spot with grass. Be careful if you park on the grass when it's raining; you can get stuck. We had a lot of trouble getting out. So we parked on a paved area. Good phone reception.

It’s a rugby club, we got here on a Saturday night as it is the only registrated free spot near Port Waikato, and there was a big party. A lot of drunk people and music. Probably it would be a great place any other day. No other campers seen

Be aware that some Google Maps routes mistakenly indicate a gravel road to reach this town. Otherwise, it's very good. Toilets are okay (dirty but acceptable). Plenty of van parking.

A great, quiet spot, located next to a stadium, but only used for training. Peaceful place, there are toilets and an outdoor shower with cold water. Excellent.

Has more ameneties than most free campsites. But beware, the showers are meant for after rugby practice so there is no curtains and you can see through the wooden wall easily.

One of the best non self contained camps I’ve ever been to. Perfect for car camping to pitch a tent on the grass. Stayed there long term for about a week and its was really nice

It was a good place to stay for the night. Easy to get there and to find it. We arrived after 5pm and there was still plenty of space to park the van. The toilets work okay and are nice. It has a place to wash dishes and have a cold shower. Definitely would stay again and recommend.

Great place with a cold shower (barely warm when it's been sunny during the day), sinks for washing dishes, and very clean toilets.
